Terms & Cancellation

Clear, simple, no surprises. Here's what to expect when you ride with us.

Booking & Confirmation

A booking request is not confirmed until our team replies via WhatsApp and payment has been received. We confirm your driver and vehicle assignment within minutes during business hours.

Payment

Full payment secures your reservation. We accept Venmo and Zelle (no booking fees). Your spot is held once payment is received and confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancel within 24–48 hours for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Flight delays outside your control are always worked with — just message us.

Shared Shuttles

Shared shuttle routes (such as Jacó ↔ Manuel Antonio) require a minimum of 3 passengers and run in a shared Sprinter van. If the minimum isn't met, we'll offer a private upgrade or a full refund.

Changes & Delays

Need to change your pickup time or details? Message us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate. We track flights for airport pickups and adjust accordingly.

Luggage & Passengers

Please give us an accurate passenger and luggage count when booking so we send the right vehicle. The Basic (economy car) option fits up to 3 passengers with light luggage.
